Honestly, one of the best stays I've had in Alexandria. The location is spectacular with direct sea views in many rooms. The reception, house keeping, room service and restaurant staff were polite, welcoming, friendly, and accommodating My room was upgraded prior to my arrival on very short notice upon my request. Mr. Ayman Zein from the hotel's reception/guest relations is one of the best hotel staff members I've ever dealt with. He'd follow up on a daily basis in case I needed something and would always look for feedback to improve/accommodate my stay as much as possible. I'd definitely recommend the Sheraton to anyone looking for a wonderful private stay in Alexandria especially since the hotel is planning to open their private beach passes by June 2024.

We stayed there for 5 nights and everything was perfect, from check-in to our spacious room. During that time, I met the legend of hospitality, Mr Ayman Zain, who was very helpful in a professional manner. Many thanks to him and his team for their lovely smiles, which matched the brilliant and attentive service. There is lovely staff in Coquillage Restaurant; Mohamed Abd El Fadil and Christina in Rendezvous Restaurant are welcoming and very helpful, making us feel at home during our stay. overlooking the breakfast was okay.

I stayed three nights in the Montazah Sheraton during the month of September 2023. The staff of this hotel is a wonderful group of people ready and willing happily to serve the residents. I would like to specifically acknowledge Mr. Ayman Zain who helped me with the wifi issues and routinely checked on me to make sure I have comfortably everything I need. He represented the Sheraton family very well. The hotel location is convenient and the rooms are very clean. The only thing I did not like was that breakfast was not included.
